In 1996 SPM was the first aftermarket company to introduce PPS-Techtron® to replace Delrin for use on CMP retaining rings. SPM has continued to be an innovative force within CMP with “Pre-conditioned” rings, and proprietary mechanical fit composite rings for Applied Materials™ and Ebara™ polishers. We have continued to expand our offering within CMP with services such as spindle reconditioning, NSK® Megatorque repair and Head sweep assembly upgrades.
